Refund PolicyHow do Xel's voice-note replies work?
Write your message and enable voice replies in chat. Where a voice is configured for your language or dialect and your plan has allowance, Xel's response is converted into an AI-generated, playable voice note. You can also expand its text. This is a voice reply, not a live phone call.
Does Xel remember our conversations?
Saved conversations let you return to earlier chats, and relevant memories can inform later replies. Memory is selective and can be incomplete or wrong. You can correct Xel and use the app's data controls to export or delete your data.
Is Xel a therapist?
No. Xel is an AI companion for reflection and everyday emotional support. It does not diagnose, treat conditions, or replace a licensed professional.
Can I choose an Arabic dialect?
Yes. Select Arabic in chat, then choose a dialect such as Egyptian, Saudi, Emirati, or Qatari. Your selected dialect guides Xel's replies. Audio requires an available voice for that selection, and generated wording and pronunciation may vary.
How do I cancel Plus or request a refund?
You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings or the billing link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not itself refund a payment. Refund requests are reviewed under Paddle's rules and applicable consumer rights. See our Refund Policy for the steps.
